ProX XSU-4X8 StageOne 4 ft x 8 ft Single Stage Package

ProX XSU-4X8 StageOne 4 ft x 8 ft Single Stage Package - Deck w/ Adjustable 16–22 inch Legs

Introducing the ProX STAGEone™ XSU-4X8 4 ft x 8 ft Single Stage Deck with Adjustable 16 to 22 Inch Telescoping Legs, the larger-footprint counterpart to the STAGEone platform lineup built for crews who need more usable stage surface without giving up the same fast, tool-free setup the system is known for. Whether you are a mobile DJ scaling up from a smaller riser, a rental company that wants fewer sections to assemble for the same square footage, or a venue that needs a dependable platform for bands and full performance groups, the ProX STAGEone XSU-4X8 delivers a larger single-unit deck that goes up fast, holds strong, and stores flat between shows. This is a single 4 ft x 8 ft stage deck unit complete with legs and hardware, sold individually so you can pair it with additional STAGEone units to build the exact stage footprint your event calls for.

Deck Surface The top surface of ProX XSU-4X8 features the Signature Honeycomb Digital™ finish, the same rugged hexagonal-patterned High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) used across the STAGEone lineup for serious traction underfoot. The non-slip black textured surface is built to hold up in both indoor and outdoor environments, handling performers, speakers, instruments, and crowds without losing grip or showing wear.

Platform Construction Beneath the surface, the deck is built on the same 5/8" (16mm) zero-void plywood core used across the STAGEone platform, meaning no air pockets and no soft spots across the extended 48" x 96" panel. The aluminum frame wraps the perimeter with reinforced corners and cross profiles that give the platform its structural rigidity, engineered to distribute load evenly across the larger surface area. The ProX XSU-4X8 supports up to 800 lbs of evenly distributed load per 4 ft x 4 ft section, the same rating as the standard STAGEone XSU-4X4 deck.

Telescoping Leg System The ProX XSU-4X8 ships with six telescoping legs, one more support point per side than the 4x4 deck to keep the extended 8 ft length rigid and free of center sag under load. Each leg adjusts from 16" up to 22" in height and locks firmly in position via an integrated security pin and cable system. A twist-adjustable rubber foot at the base of each leg adds up to an additional 2" of height when needed, bringing the maximum elevation to 24". Those rubber feet also handle uneven terrain (concrete, asphalt, grass, or wood floors) allowing for micro-level adjustments that keep the stage surface flush and stable no matter what you are working on.

Integrated Leg Storage When the legs are removed for transport, they store directly on the underside of the ProX XSU-4X8 deck, held in place along the bottom frame rather than packed separately. This keeps all six legs traveling with the deck itself, so nothing gets left behind on a load-out and nothing takes up extra space in a truck pack or storage rack. For rental companies and touring crews moving multiple decks at once, this integrated storage means less loose hardware to track and a faster load-in when the stage goes back up.

Tool-Free Assembly The ProX XSU-4X8 is designed to be set up with no tools required. The leg support system snaps into place, the security clamps lock the deck into a solid, monolithic position, and the leveling clip keeps everything aligned, exactly what the mobile and rental market demands from a larger-format deck.

Modular and Expandable One deck gets you started, and multiple decks build a stage. The ProX XSU-4X8 is fully compatible with the entire STAGEone platform lineup, meaning you can combine it with additional 4x8 or 4x4 units to grow your stage footprint in any direction as your event demands.
